Fire Pit Spark Screens

If you're burning near anything flammable — a deck, a fence, dry brush, or in an area with an HOA spark screen requirement — a spark screen is a smart addition. It's also useful for households with children or pets around the fire.

A lift-off screen removes completely from the top of the fire pit, giving you full access to add logs. A pivot screen is hinged and swings open to one side, letting you tend the fire without taking the screen off entirely. The pivot style is more convenient for frequent tending.

Your spark screen should match the diameter of your fire pit bowl. A 36" fire pit needs a 36" screen. If you're unsure, contact us with your pit size and we'll confirm the right screen for your setup.

Stainless steel is highly corrosion-resistant and will not rust the way carbon steel does. It's the right material for a spark screen that lives outdoors and takes direct exposure to heat and weather.

Not easily — the screen sits over the entire bowl opening. For cooking, remove the screen and use a cooking grate instead. The screen is designed for containment, not cooking access.

Spark screens are made to order. Allow approximately 4–5 weeks for production and shipping. Screens ship separately from fire pit orders.

Our screens are sized for S&S fire pits. Compatibility with other brands depends on the bowl diameter and rim profile. Contact us if you want to confirm fit with a non-S&S pit.
