    Take your outdoor cooking to the next level with one of our handcrafted 1/4" thick carbon steel meat searing and griddle plates.  Our searing plates are tough, heavy duty and ready to go.  Each one of our plates has heavy duty spring handles to allow for a comfortable grip.  Cook anything from Ribeye, smash burgers, sauté anything, bacon, pancakes, eggs etc.  These are also good for taking on your next camping trip.  This medium plate has a cooking surface of 18" x  12".  All sear plates are handcrafted and a lot of time goes into making them.   At certain times of the year we may require a little extra time to get them out the door to you.
