We gladly accept exchanges.
Please Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please Ship the items back within 30 days of delivery.
S&S Fire Pits does not accept cancellations.
S&S Fire Pits will only pay to have items returned to us if they arrive damaged. Otherwise, we do not pay to ship items back if you choose to cancel your order after it has left our shop.
Please contact S&S Fire Pits if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Unless the items arrive to you damaged buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. As well, if you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped out you will be responsible for shipping the items back and you will forgo your original shipping charges. Once S&S Fire Pits receives the canceled items back and in good condition, we will refund the invoice amount less the original shipping charges.
