Each one of our plates has heavy duty spring handles to allow for a comfortable grip. Cook anything from Ribeye, smash burgers, sauté anything, bacon, pancakes, eggs etc. These are also good for taking on your next camping trip. This large plate has a cooking surface of 20" x 15".
