This handcrafted 30” hemisphere Cauldron Fire Pit gets its inspiration from the early blacksmith who working with iron hand forged everything using strapping and rivets to make secure connections. Early cauldrons were primarily used as cooking vessels, but it wasn’t uncommon to use them for burning in as well. Sitting approximately 20” off the ground this fire pit is all hand-welded and has a solid 1/4″ thick base. The ring handles are hammered steel, it has a 1⁄2” drain hole to keep water out, comes with a handcrafted 46” Fire Poker, and this fire pit is designed to easily service 2-10 people at any gathering. Over time this fire will age beautifully taking on a very deep rustic color. As with all our fire pits don’t forget the 30″ Snuffer to match and the 30″ Cooking Grate, they are both a must have.
